Did anyone ever hear that thing about

how sleep prior to midnight is worth twice that after midnight? If you go to bed at 10pm, those two hours are twice as beneficial as each hour after midnight.

So my having slept from 4h30pm yesterday to midnight and then getting up to work should make me feel like I slept 17 hours.


Probably should factor in how the two nights before that saw a total of 6 hours' sleep.

Um, and the fact that I really don't want to do a single solitary one of the things today offers, except of course for coming home or petting the kits or -for that matter- pooping.

Go grapes.

i hate insomnia.
now i understand all the commercials — the ones with the luna moth, etc.
(also my other issues, which tend to relate to digestion / expulsion.)
why are such simple regular things so not easy.
carrots used to do it.
then, wine (red).
then, salsa (the kind one makes oneself=tomatoes, jalas, onion, lime, cilan and blue chips (not the portfolio kind)).
